what cpu?

any ddr2-800 should be sufficient for many applications but it depends

I'm not sure if it's "best of the best" but this stuff works pretty good.
I have only a single stick now but got it running at 950Mhz without even touching the voltage.

Typical air cooling force the OC settle down around 3.8G. Q6600 is 9x so a good DDR2-800 from GSkill, Crucial and other good brands should be fine. My GSkill DDR2-800 can OC to 1015 at 4-4-4-12 2.2V and Ballistix DDR2-800 can OC to 1090 at 4-4-4-10 2.3V.
