I agree with the second one too. Also if you need more intake put a fan in the CD bay.
Second one is a win
you want a negitive pressure to get better cooling. more exaust fans is better than more intake fans.

Ok well the intake on the TJ09 isnt pushing in as much air as I would like so should I replace it with a Scythe Slip Stream 1900rpm to get that 100cfm or leave it at the stock level which I believe is under 70cfm?

Or should I move it to the rear and have it pulling more past the CPU?

Well I found the stock stats on the fans right now my intake is only pulling about 50cfm I am going to guess thats less with the grill mesh, and the rear is about the same 50cfm.

Do you think it would be wise to put something like an 88 or go with the 110 for those two and a lower one for the top exhaust.

Intake: 110
Rear: 110
Top: 70 x2

Personally, i have the same case and it's configured under your "Idea #1" and I'm getting pretty good temps...

Room Ambient: 25 °C (77 °F)
(via a LaCrosse Base Weather Station)

Code:
    Temperatures:
      Motherboard 30 °C (86 °F)

      CPU #1 / Core #4 40 °C (104 °F)
      MCP 54 °C (129 °F)
      GPU1: GPU 52 °C (126 °F)

      GPU1: GPU Memory 51 °C (124 °F)
      GPU1: GPU Ambient 49 °C (120 °F)
      GPU2: GPU 46 °C (115 °F)
      GPU2: GPU Diode 52 °C (126 °F)
      GPU2: GPU Memory 46 °C (115 °F)
      GPU2: GPU Ambient 43 °C (109 °F)
The GPU temps aren't so great, I just put a DuOrb cooler on both of the GTX and they're still running as hot as stock. Read several reviews that the DuOrb couldn't keep up GTX/Ultra's so I wasn't surprised. We'll see how it goes once I grow the weabols to rip the IHS off the GPUs...
