i'm planing on making a new pc based on some old parts there i have around the house, i have this board GIGA-BYTE GA-6VX7

because this board had an hard drive with windows 2000 NT, and it work fine, now that hdd died!

then i tried ti install windows me with another hdd but the cd was messed up so he didnt install.
i intalled windonds xp on another pc, on another hdd and i tried to make it work on this one but it doesn't get pass the loading bar and it loops!

i dont now what to do......

No. Some new motherboards don't support Windows 98/ME due to chipset limitations.
