there's a guide for OCing your MB in my sig - that should be more than enough to get you started. There's also a specific thread for OCing with the P5N-E stickied at the top of this board, so go there if you have questions/run into problems.

Also, the answer to your question about increasing the FSB is that the number you want to enter is 4x the FSB you want. Intel chips are rated at quadruple the 'true' FSB, so if you enter 1200 you'll get 300MHz FSB, for 300 x 7 = 2.1 GHz.
