I got my overclocked edition MSI 8800GT on newegg for $220, and I have a MIR that brings it down to 200 even. At that price, it was easily justifiable for me to get the better card. Also, from what I've heard, the 9800GTX specs arent great at all - it seems just to be a better version of the 8800GTS G92, but not by much.

yeh, even evga now has their base 8800 GT 512MB on newegg for $200 after $30 MIR. that kinda annoys me, but i hate MIRs anyway.
