Yea just make sure the MB's memory voltage goes that high,some don't.
I would take the Corsair PSU it has 41 amps on the 12v and that video card can draw 145 watts.

It might be ok but the Corsair is much better they say their both 550 but the Silverstone has 36 amps and 432 watts on the 12v and the Corsair has 41 amps with 492 watts on the 12v plus the silverstone is rated at only 25c

Almost forgot the Corsair is about 83% efficient and the Silverstone is 80%

Sorry just noticed the Silverstone is only a 500 watt
