Team Extreem RAM...

I'm looking for some good D9G RAM for my first oc build. I will be using the GIGABYTE GA-P35-DS3L LGA 775 and a E2180 cpu. How is the Team Extreme Dark rated.

Personally I would stay away from that stuff. I purchased some team xtreme ram less than 1 month the stuff died. I had the 1200mhz stuff. Stupid fast but needs very high voltages around 2.4v. Thats just my opinion.

I know it's all luck of the draw on these type of components, some good some bad but I don't want to get RAM that's not gonna work for me.

I personally have the 2x512mb DDR2-800 DARKs for backup ram, as I wait for my PC2-8500 Crucial Ballistix Tracers 2x1gb kit that will be here on Wed. The DARKs are PROMOS but for the 27.99 I paid for my 2x512mb kit, they aren't bad.
