pci fan controller

Thread Starter
i'm looking at getting a fan controller for my 2 rear 60mm fans, and i'd like to have a pci one since my case faces me sideways. I was looking at the aspire one on newegg, but i'm kinda skeptical when reading the reviews because everyone says it has a possibility of hurting some components inside the case that it is next to.

if anyone knows another brand that makes one like this and is better quality let me know, or if i got this one if i could make it a little safer.

No, it's not going to hurt anything next to it, not sure why they would say that?

I have 2 Vantec 3.5" fan controllers and they work well for me if you do decide to get one in the front.

well i cant because the tt lanbox has aluminum flaps over the 5.25" bays, and the 3.5" i'm using for a hdd because the hdd cage that originally came w/ it was right in front of the front intake fan so it'd block my airflow if i did that. but ok, i'll go ahead and get it i guess.

Also, is there such thing as a power adapter w/ 2 3pin males and one 4 pin? i'm trying to not have to use a 4/3pin power adapter for each fan.
