Based on your specs, A good 400w PSU should be fine.
yea that powersupply should be good enough. 34A on the 12v.

@linskingdom HIII! you're the one who convince me with your great e2180 overclocking treads thanks so much. And also the case comes with the 500w one so i think i should be ok, i don't think it will be that bad quality.

I think i've decided that i'm going with the IP35Pro

I believe luckii was talking about the Abit IP35-E when he was mentioning it, but I don't think you can find them anymore.

The Abit IP35-E and Gigabyte DS3L are good sub $100 motherboards, excellent if you are not looking for RAID or any extras like crossfire etc.

If you are not a fan of rebates (referring to the OCZ RAM), you can try some A-DATA from Canada Computers.
Shipping is only 6.99 and you can grab 2 x 1GB for $46.89 or 2 x 2GB for 84.49.

Also, the PSU is solid.

@Didleydoo i might do that (the ram) since i can take the street car 5 mins away from downtown shop.

@Benny99 i could also go bus to pacific mall retailer and pick up those. But is it really worth it? I'm not very familiar with Crucial Ballistix ram. Would anyone be willing to give me a hint of what they are about (seeing that the price is more)?

Techinically, any ddr2-800 ram from GSkill, Crucial, Corsair or OCZ should be fine. So, get the cheapest from one of them if you have budget. Oheriwse, it will be more personal preference matter. I prefer Crucial or GSkill ram.
