oldschool nintendo

Thread Starter
i think it would be cool if Nintendo started selling the old consoles again like the NES SNES N64 again (yea i know theres emulators and the virtual console and like ebay and stuff) but it i don't trust those sites. I always found it more fun to play the games on the original systems. also they could sell the controllers cause my are in pretty rough shape.I Know this will never happed but i thought it would be cool

its somewhat of a hassel with emulators to get them set up over just ploping in the game

but like you said i dont think it will happen either

I still have my NES, N64 and even Atari 5200. All of which still work and I play them regularly. In fact my NES game collection is bigger then my PS2 collection. Somewhere around 55 games. Easy when Game Crazy has them for a $1 a game.

It was only a couple months ago when Nintendo stopped servicing the SNES with repairs. Don't think they are coming back soon.

I think part of the fun is to go to pawn shops, fleabay and secondhand shops and finding a hidden gem or two. It's all part of the nostalgia and hobby.

I also have a pretty good console collection. I've had to buy two or three consoles to get one good one though. I don't have time to garage sale it. I'm in the East Bay Super Bagel. What's Game Crazy?

It the store thats usually connected to the Hollywood Video. There was one down in Union City where i used to live. Unless the name changed or they aren't there anymore, it was called Game Crazy.

Game crazy's a game retail store owned by Hollywood Video, which is a movie rental place

Personally I'm looking into getting a GB Micro, since most of the good games from the 2d era have been ported there, and the only time I would want to play them over my 360 and PC would be when I'm out.
