Edit: Yes that kit includes the Basic 655, the vario is twice as powerful and fully adjustable. Ask Petras to upgrade you. I'm sure they'll do it for another $15

Only difference is the T and fillport versus the Micro Res. Petra's kit also includes Yate Loons. The Swiftech Kit comes with Ruilian Science (?) branded fans.
