OK, think about it, seting it to 133 makes us think its at the rated 266, BUT, some boards actually go by the rated, so you mightve just set the rated at 133, meaning fsb 66

se if it will let you put the fsb at 266

I think there is obviously a problem, and it's either in the CPU, Ram or the mobo. The CPU can't really be a problem, they rarely are. You have a ram stick in the mail, so you can check if it's the ram, you may be lucky here. If this doesn't work either, the mobo may be, as you say, unable to work at 133 FSB.

133 is the highest setting.

I have it set to 110 FSB so I'm getting about 1.2Ghz. That's good enough for now I guess.
