Is the wacom bamboo a good beginner graphic tablet?

I wanted a decent, cheap graphic tablet that I could use to make flash movies with. I saw the bamboo and the bamboo fun tablets and they seemed pretty good for the price. What do you guys think?

if you got the cash to spend, their Intuos series is really good. I use the 6x8 for flash and various other projects and it seems to be a good size. but again the intuos are kinda pricey, so its just nice to have if you wanna spend that much. ive tried the bamboo in my animation class and it seems ok to use. it should be fine for making movies in flash
