As many informative posts as I've seen from you, I have to disagree for once. Love my 900 with a passion. It can double as a nuclear friggin' reactor!
Thanks for the compliment, but my opinion of the 900 as an ugly beast cannot be argued. The ubiquity of the case is also not up for discussion.

honestly i love my smilodon case. it comes with 1x120MM, 3x80MM, and a spot for another 80MM on the mobo side of the case. 80.00 wit free shipping right now on the egg. you can use the extra 20 to buy another 80MM for extra HD cooling.

Understood. However, if you remember history, KY used to e a part of Virginia, but you all decided to drop the dumb'ens off and let them have their own state. What in tarnation is ubiquity/ubiquitous?

Ubiquity = the quality of being overwhelmingly common.

The only reason I can see that the 900 is ubiquitous is that the supply met the demand, and both were extraordinarily high.

As far as the 900 having much better airflow than the CM690... I haven't used the A900 myself, but don't see how much better it could be! I have been very pleased with the CM690 and think it is one of the best values out there. Very stylish and roomy case, with a sturdy construction. Lots of fan locations and predrilled holes for wiring through the mobo tray. The only thing I would change would be a removable mobo tray, but everything else is perfect!
