So I finally made the move to the watercooling side of things. I have had a ton of help from Ira-K, thanks a bunch bro couldn't have gotten this going without you. Ok onto the mod/WC'ing.

My goal for this build was to give my case a few mods here and there to accommodate a WC'ing system. Before going further here is a list of parts:

Parts List:
D-Tek Fuzion
Pro Mounting Kit
D-Tek Fuzion Nozzle Accelerator Kit
MCP655 Vario
Masterkleer 7/6" Tubing
Black Ice XtremeIII
PT Nuke
UV Reactive Pentosin G11 Blue
Danger Den Fill port 1/2"
Plastic Clamps x10
T-Line Black
Sythe HD Stabilizer 3.5" to 5" x3 *bought from CD*
C-Channel molding *also from CD*
120mm Fan Bay Reservoir *bought from DuckieHo*
Radbox *also from DuckieHo*

Not arrived:
Sythe 87.63CFM FAN x3
Silverstone FP33-B Fan Controller 3.5"
OKGEAR 36" Sata II cables x3
Black sleeving Kit x2

The last items should arrive tomorrow, according to the tracking number.

The name implies a black coolant of some sort. I have G11 Blue, and biocide, can I add a black dye or black food coloring? Please let me know, I would love the effect.

Here are a few pictures of the new toys, I know how some of you'll love to see the hardware!:

I disassembled the fuzion and followed the guides to remove the excess molding and installed the Quad nozzle kit while it was apart. It was easy enough and was not hard to assemble. As you can see, there was a ton of left over molding!

My first pen!:

In the beginning:

A quick outside picture provided by Newegg, the case is an IN-WIN IW-J619T2.AQ350BL Black Computer Case. We ordered one at work and I decided to take two home. They are sleek and nothing is shiny or fake looking.:

The black marks show where I will be cutting areas for cable management and hiding. I will also be removing the lower HD' bays and area for more room:

A another angle of the HD cages:

A front shot, as you can see the front bezel is clean cut, and nothing shiny or fake looking. It is solid plastic, no flimsy pieces:

For the HD cages I removed two rivets located on the bottom of the case with a drill, this was the easiest part. It came right out without any other issues:

I was thinking of doing the cuts and all with the case intact, but with some previous knowledge with my old case and modding it, I knew it would be easier to remove all the rivets:

Now that I have the MB tray, I placed the mb to align everything and trace the outline. I also made marks to where I would be cutting the holes for hiding the cables. That is a Zalamn 9500 and DFI Blood Iron mb. I have two of these cases, and two Blood Iron's. The current one is in this rig with my Q6600 and 8800gts. I figured I would mod the other while this rig kept folding along, when I am done I will transfer the CPU's and HD's and then assemble both systems:

I made all the cuts using a dremill downstairs. I then cut the C-Channel for the sides to protect the cables from the edges:

I then re-revited the case and assembled it back together. I also cut the lower part of the case out in the front, too allow more space and just cleanliness:

Now to see if all is aligned right and the cables fit. I had to remove the C-channel until I fit the cables through, but once through all was well. I Also had to make another cut to the case where the Sata cables would be routed beneath the MB:

I do not have any distilled water and I am still waiting on the fans/fan controller to arrive. So I figured I would take a few pictures to try and get the placement right with the pump/rad. My main idea is to have the rad located at the bottom of the case. I would cut out the bottom and then have the fans inside sucking cold air through the rad and into the system. The res will be directly above the pump, it will be mounted to the top of the case behind the DVD/RW internally:

I also thought about turning the rad on its side with the barbs still at the front of the case. I could then cut the side of the door, though it is only an idea. I was inspired by DUNC4N and his mod/setup HERE . I love the idea of everything being inside the case.

This is it for now, I will be holding off any other work until tomorrow. I wanted to bring this work log/project to you'll and get ideas about the internal RAD mounting. I measured and will have clearance with the 120x38mm fans. I guess I'm asking to see what you'll think and if you would recomend mounting it another way. I do have a radbox for a rear mount in case it comes to that. Thanks all and I will post up more tomorrow when the project continues, please leave me any advice or information, suggestions and critics are welcome...

That is the plan. I have to go to work and then won't be home till around 7pm tonight. I will be getting the fans and other ordered things today so I can grab some distilled water and get the pump running for water leaks.

I just like the idea of everything being internal, so mounting the rad on the bottom would be the only option with my case. I will have to get some tall feet for my case, to give it an inch or two of height as well.

I will also do be doing a side window, was thinking of some red acrylic, think I may contact CD and see if he can do a OCN.net flame of some sort. I'll do some more updates tonight and get some insight from you'll. Thanks for the interest again Indignity..
