Ram is 4gb (2x2) Gskill@5-5-5-15 and 2gb (1x2) Corsair running at 800mhz

Multiplier: 9
FSB: 400
CPU Voltage: 1.4375 (in bios)
NB Voltage: 1.37
DRAM Voltage: 2.10
FSB Term: 1.38
CPU GTL: 0.63x
NB GTL: 0.67x

I ran prime95 (all 4 cores) for 10 hours and 7 minutes overnight, 0 errors
temperatures peaked at around 72
Northbridge peaked at 50-51 ( don't know if this is good or not? a little hot?)
overall I am happy with the results!

On my previous board, the Gigabyte P35 DS3P 3.5ghz took more voltage then 3.6 on this one...
right now the priority is to slowly work my way down in voltage till I can get 3.6 running a tad bit cooler...

doing some fan reorganizing now, already dropped NB down to 45 while testing...more to come
voltage down to 1.418 now and still stable =)

Nope.

NEVER flash the board in Windows. You have to follow the cross flashing instructions EXACTLY as written. If not, you seriously risk the chance of bricking your board.

That's not true. I've used Updater to flash from 1102 to 1201 bios for Maximus Formula. It worked perfectly.

BUT it may not work for Rampage bios and bricking my MOBO.
I'll try the USB stick method. Thanks.

No. The utility you need to run will strip your new BIOS file of the checksum that verifies you're running the BIOS update on the correct board. Even if this utility would work in Windows, it would be insanity to attempt it.

Vix is right on the money: you can't update in Windows, and it is very, VERY discouraged to ever use the ASUS Windows flash utility, even for same-board BIOS updates. EZFlash (in the BIOS) is a very easy program to use, and infinitely safer. Once you flash to Rampage, every new Rampage BIOS (or if you flash back to MF) must be flashed using the checksum stripper.
