Idle temps are around 40C so i'll probably wait till i can add another fan or 2

Minituckin, that full load temp and idle temp is a little high. What is the current vcore at? If you drop your memory divider then that should give you more room to OC. If you had DDR2 800 then that would be even easier.

Good luck

my vcore is at like 1.40 which maybe a little high. And idle temps stay around 33-36C. I'll drop the vcore down a little to try and get the temps down.

At 1.35 Vcore... Orthos has been running over 1.5hours about 55-57C and the mobo about 40C at 2.5ghz. How much longer should i test it? Should i try going up another .05?

Minituckin, it's recommended that you test for at least 5-6hours at priority 9. I've had overclocks fail after 6hrs. I usually test my equipment for 15-16hrs. Keep an eye on your temperatures and make sure they don't exceed 65C. At the moment your kind of up there. You might want to think about purchasing a aftermarket cooler later on.

Good luck and let us know how it goes

Minituckin, good idea! So far your on the right track with 2.5GHz...that's a decent increase from the stock 2Ghz. What cooler did you end up purchasing?

Good luck

Minituckin, it sounds like you still have some room at 1.35vcore. If I remember correctly, I think I've seen some Venice clocks up to 2.7-2.8Ghz.

Good luck
