What temp in Speedfan is my CPU?

It shows Temp1, Temp2, Temp3, HD0, Temp 1, Core 0, Core 1.

Which one is the one I want to go by?

Obviously Core 0 and 1 are from my CPU, but they seem low, 35 C for 60% cpu load.

Try using coretemp and match them up.

The core temperatures as you said are your CPU. These are the only temperatures that I pay attention to, as Speedfan will also show just your 'cpu temp'. When it shows the 'cpu temp' I believe this for the outside of the processor, which is much less important.

Also 95F is hot depending on your setup. But, it all depends on your setup. For example my rig never goes beyond 77F, even during load. So use another program to compare your temperatures to be sure.
