Personally i like the one potato 2 potato measuring type, If i download, 100 gigs of Pron on weds... I cannot do it again for the entire month!

Well, if they listed a cap, and you exceeded the limit, it's pretty much your fault. But they cannot cut you off instantly. A warning has to go out first, and then if you do it the second time, I believe they have the rights then to cut you off.

you go to the rogers site under customer service you will see a summary of your daily up and download usage and how much of your monthly allowance you have used. it is probably the best way for you to monitor your useage because you don't need to keep a monitoring program running and irregardless of what your useage says; the isp looks at it's own numbers to see if you are in violation of that.
