Aggghhh How to edit sound out of video?

How do I get the clunking and banging and chair squeaking, mouse clicking Im doing out of the video?

Its recorded on my phone and then I used Win Movie maker 6mb file.
The sounds are too loud.

You can use VirtualDub. I'll add some pics to my post in a minute.


Download it here.

Add your video, select your video codec under Video > Compression. Under Audio, select No Audio. Save as AVI.
