Need a cheap solution

Thread Starter
I'm trying to hook up my PC, 360, and PS3 to my monitor. I have one DVI and VGA port. Currently I have the PS3 hooked up by the DVI with a HDMI to DVI cord and the sound outputting though component cables. For the VGA port I'm switching between the 360 (since I don't use it as much) with the VGA hookup by Microsoft and my PC with a VGA to DVI converter.

The problem I have with this is that every time I want to play something on my 360 I need to switch cables, which we all probably know is a pain. The other problem I'm having is that I don't like to use VGA for my PC. I'm running 1680X1050 so I notice a loss of sharpness. Is there a cheap switch or something that I can buy so I'll be able to switch between the PS3 and PC (while both running on DVI) and just leave the 360 on VGA?

I am a little confused, but mainly because I am lazy when it comes to reading. If this is what I believe it to be about, you should try getting a KVM switch for multiple machines on the same monitor.
