my ram is 5-5-5-18 default 1.8v

Ok you need to set the ram manually to 4-4-4-12 and 2.1 volts and give OCCT a try.
If that fails I'll give you some settings to try.

houston we got a problem.....
my mobo book dont match my BIOS....
jumper free config is same
chipset BIOS page is different from manual

NB--SB adjustable frequency (auto)
cpu--mcp55 HT speed (5x)
cpu-- mcp55 HT width (16 16)
NB--SB HT speed (5x)
NB--SB HT width (16 16)

and Mainbord tab of CPU-Z sez 570 sli but box sez 590 sli

mobo is definitly 590 SLI coz 570 didnt come with wireless lan
here is link to mobo at newegg

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131011

only other place i can adjust freq to 207 is in the jumper free page under CPU freq

also on chipset page in BIOS there is no link boost function at top

Your MB will be stamped with the model # just look for it first.
You would use CPU<->NB HT Speed to change the HT multi.
