I'd say considering the current OC, and CPU bus you have achieved, the 3800 may slightly out OC it!
I'd also venture to say, your likely missing something with your current OC, like chip set voltage or RAM sub timings to not have gotten to the near or past 3G which may also hold back the 3800+.

Your CPU-Z on the 3600+ is on the 3G fringe, are you having a stability issue?
If its any help, my 3600+ CAAFG0652SPMW did 3G on the Crosshair and over 3.1 on a Gigabyte MB.

well actually id disagree with duke here cause that 3800x2 is most likely a windsor which would be lucky to even post at 3ghz.

I would have to disagree with keyboardkowboy, I've seen many windsor cores get over 3ghz. Listen to the Duke.

It obviously depends what Windsor CPU you have, if you're going to reach 3.0GHz. No problem reaching 3.3Ghz here.

yeah i have a windsor cpu laying around and also a amd 4000+ x2 heatsink that is slightly bigger and has a bigger fan than my 3600's so i just might swap em out this coming tuesday when i have the day off and hopefully i can get past 3g's

and yes im having stability issues
the most i can put my vcore up without overheating it is like .067 past stock core and i have all my timings looser than pam anderson and i can only up the voltage on my ram to 1.95 (1.8 stock) but it doesnt really help any. should i increase nb volts?
