I need something cheap, and somewhat good.

Someone recommended this to me

Its basically for an E2200 Ima be using for folding/streaming music.
Do I need to get another fan for that?

I see you linked to a Tuniq tower cooler. A pretty good one, and it does come with a fan already so no you don't have to buy another one. You can however replace the stock one with a different one that will better suit your needs.

Hehehe... this thing is going to be more than ok for a e2200, even overclocked to hell's gates.

Also, just to clarify, it's 775, not 755.
