Those have been shown to handle more towards 150 to 160W. They will not without a major retune and possible hardware improvements be able to handle a quad with any overclock really, even those at stock vcore can prove to be to much.
However a custom unit can be much cheaper or around the same price and provide you with much much better performance.

insulation/heating attachments come with your VapoChill cases/stand alone units.

reguarding case modification, its relatively easy -- just need to cut a whole in the bottom(less than the size of your palm) and plug'r up.
