well this is my 2nd time flashing bios and ive hit a road block, after i downloaded the bios from gigabyte i ran the autoexec and it told me that its not support with 64 bit OS.i cant seem to find 64bit bios for thos motherboard, but there is an autoupdate utility but it might just install the 32 bit and mess up.last time i used the auto update on vista 64 ( i have xp 64 now) i had to remove the batter from the mobo to get it to work.any advice?

I don't recall a Windows based 64bit OS BIOS updater that is dependable with any MB.
Check your manual, there may be a BIOS based utility to up date through.

well ill just try the one that came with the cd, see if it works with xp becuase it sure didnt for vista.also i have another question, in the online manual it says supplies XXXXX with voltage as requires, dose that mean that it will automaticly change the voltage to what is needed to run at peek efficency? becuase i overclock my cpu and ram a fair bit and am very confused about the voltage for evrything. here is a pic of what it says in the manual.
