well first just put your ram on a 1/1 divider, so the speed will be 560mhz. give it 2v steadly so you'll be sure your ram isn't bothering you. Then just put vcore to 1.46 or something and see if you can get past 3ghz. I'm sure you will be able to get around 3.4 at least

yes.

yes they should be disabled but i dont think they will affect ur OC as such
all it will do is drop the multi when the pc is idle ..

I have had no issues getting any of the E2xxx's over 3.3ghz.. I think your RAM could be an issue.

The next stress test you run, can you please try an Orthos small FTT test first, if that passes use MemTest to test your RAM separately. MemTest will error out sooner in most cases than an Orthos Blend test.. I dont know why.

dont think so........ memtest is a nightmare IMO just put orthos on blend stress cpu & ram with priorty 8 that will show any errors within the first miniute or so

Well I test my 4gb kits using Memtest.. and cpu using TAT and/or Orthos depending on OC and vcore.

Either way, just test the cpu and RAM independently ..it will make troubleshooting your OC somewhat easier.

PS- dropping the multi when idle, raises the NB speed.. this is usually what makes the setting affect a system. If you dont fold..then I would leave it on for energy savings. With your low FSB, raising the NB speed another 45mhz is not going to do much, and shouldnt require any more NBv either.

I have never heard of your motherboard. It might prevent some of your OCing potential. When trying to achieve your systems maximum OC, you much choose high quality parts for your whole system. From PSU to your ram/mb/cpu etc. everything must be of good quality.

I was able to get 3.2Ghz on my current board with 1.455v and a small bump to much northbridge voltage (~.05v).

I have two P5K vanilla's running 430mhz FSB's ..one with a Q6600, the other with a E6320. I doubt it is the mobo.. although they do have some bad vdroop.. they are outstanding mobo's for the $$.
