A couple of things. Firstly, I would recommend buying a higher quality monitor and power supply. Maybe look at Samsung / LG, and Silverstone / Corsair / PC Power and Cooling respectively. Secondly, the Duorb cooler isn't that good. I would look at the Thermalright hr-03 or the accelero s2. Thirdly, for the sound card, I would look at an X-FI card - either the ExtremeGamer, ExtremeMusic, or the Auzentech Prelude. Fourthly, the 320mb 8800GTS is not a good buy at this point in time. I would get the 512mb 8800GT or maybe a 9xxx card.

I forgot the to mention that I salvages some parts from my old PC:

320GB Barracuda
700Watt PSU
GeForce 8800GTS

I chose the BenQ G2400W because it was a balance between features and price. I could NEVER find a NICE LOOKING 24" LCD with atleast 5-2MS response time, 1000:1 contrast ratio or more, TN/PVA Panel, HDMI, VGA and DVI (and may more connections), and less than 400 dollars Canadian.

For my 8800 cooler, I need something that isn't bigger than the stock cooler (2 slots). I have removed my stock cooler atm and cleaned it with 70% Rubbing Alcohol. I will be using Arctic MX2 Thermal Paste but can you suggest another cooler with a heatsink/fan combo NOT bigger than 2 slots and can let me OC like mad without noise and heat issues?

the KDS one looks very cheap and has no HDMI..and the DCLCD one is crappy look and no HDMI aswell. I guess I'll stick with the BenQ G2400W. I hope it rivals my current HP w2207 :S

Change ure PSU...

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...=Corsair%2b620

Corsair 620w is very nice single 12 v rail.

Or

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817703009

PC Power and Cooling 750watt even better

both have single 12v rails for stability !

Also a Auzentech Prelude is a much better sound card then what ure looking to purchase.

I own the 22" version of the Sceptre monitor that 555thz referenced, as well as a 32" HDTV model. Great, cheap brand. Had a small issue with the monitor, but Sceptre took care of it very fast and had some decent tech support. If I remember correctly they also took care of the shipping fees.

I also decided to get a cheap Sound Card since my Z-5500 is so good it won't matter as much. All i know is that it's cheap (50 dollars), Gold Plated, and 7.1 Surround Sound and a whole PCI card

Why a WS version of the mobo? You should look into the Maximus formula.
