-pulls chin from floor- That's sick.

The cleanliness of it is just mind-boggeling when you really see how much stuff is going on in there... I ***shudder*** imagining the mess my case would be in with just half the stuff going on in there.

I might actually post up some Everest and Cinebench marks. The Everest benches are all off the scale...like wayyyyyyy higher than any of the reference rigs lol.

THe only thing that isn't is the RAM...which at stock speed is off the scale on Write but slightly low on Read and Copy and Latency. It's FB DIMM so I don't know what to expect.

I played some Crysis at 1680 x 1050 all settings high and get about 20FPS Tough game...

I would really need those Q9775 to get a decent Framerate.

Oddly enough the QX96t50 rig has no problem getting 38FPS with a single card...the CPU is much more capable I guess.

The Xeons are good crunchers though. And until I harvest some more n00bs and sell off their vital organs I'll have to make do.

I can start to sense what the rig is capable of now...

That was worth the wait x10. Cake you say? You've earned a piece of cake for that set up.

Is the gfx cooling done right? It would seem to me that no water would go to the top card because the water would push down to the bottom. To me it would seem that the top card would get one tube end and the bottom get one. If you see my picture below I imagine yours being the bottom with little flow to the top card. The top picture is how I think it is meant to be done, but I could be mistaken.

I've checked the temps on all four GPUs and they are all within 1C of each other.

It's no different than using a T fitting or an F fitting. If you take an Elbow (the bottom card) and attach it to a T (top card) and hook that up to a tap and turn it on I can gaurantee you two things...your floor is going to get wet....and water will come out of the elbow and the T...not just one or the other.

Like electricity the water is seeking the path of least resistance. If one block was more restrictive the water would definitely take the least restrictive route until the pressure was equal at which point it would also flow the other route. Since the blocks are identical the flow is nearly identical.

The route is also a reverse of the restrictions on the way out of the block...so the advantage of the elbow over the T on the way is counteracted by having to make a sharp turn to exit.

That's my thinking on it.

And looking at the blocks again in the photos I think it would be best to have the inlet neart the rear of the card...judging by the waves milled into the surface. Funny I did not notice anything like that in the instructions...

I look around here a lot and from time to time I see people's rigs and think "wow...that's pretty cool" or "maybe I should look into that!" and then I came here. I...just don't know what to say....just wow!

First off, that's got to be one of the most awesome things I've ever seen, secondly...

What OC did you/are you getting on that?

-&-

How much did you have to pay for that rig?!
