I second that, I get like 20-30fps with 2xAA 8xAF on crysis with my garbage rig

I can't get the card to fold. It appears that it cannot get a workpacket. Have they stopped releasing work packets for that program?

Why did you expect such an old card to get 10k?

It still performs reasonably well in some games but its no match for the latest cards.. which should be obvious.

The 1950Pro is still a good card, just a generation behind.
Last year it was one of the best choices since there were no 8800GT's, 3850,3870, etc. It has just moved down the food chain so to speak.
If you remember last year the 8800GTS 320, it went from being a top choice to now forgotten. Before that there was the 7600GT.

I picked mine up (off ebay) for less than $100... if you're looking to save $ it's great for 'most' games if you're willing to live with less than HIGH settings on Crysis, etc. It's a mid-high range for DX9 cards. Next step, DX10 for me.

They are also some solid ppd producers for F@H. I used to pull around 1k a day with my OC'd X1950pro.

Actually, beleive it or not, as far as ATI goes this card is still among the top cards for Il2:1946, the WWII flight sim I play. For some reason the 2900 and 3000 series cards really suck in that game, like they get 20%+ less frames that a X19xx card, lol. The 8800s are really good but there are some driver issues with this game sometimes (no one loves the poor flight simmers....).

How can I use this gpu to fold?
"normal way to calculate resale value" Retail price * .7 = resell value on used item.

Well it's not garbage, but I would buy a 3850 or something.....it really depends on how much you paid for them..........I had two of them last year.
However I think your score is low, as I got around mid 5s with an E6600 at 3GHz IIRC.
