1. Unplug power.
2. Take battery out.
3. Wait 10 minutes.
4. Hold in power switch for 60 seconds.
5. Put battery back in.
6. Plug power back in.

This seems to be a common problem lately. MBs not posting.

Wing- It died I believe because of a power surge. Dead processor would be my next hunch...or a bad board. The power supply has been switched out with no change either.

No luck with that either AMD...thanks for the suggestion though!

My last option is to switch out the ram...I will have to borrow some of my friends because I don't have any extra. If it's not the ram is it safe to say I got a bad replacement board? I don't know how to go about checking the processor :S

I'm not 100 percent sure, but I think that I'd start to suspect that the power surge took your CPU when it fried your board....
