Hard Drive Questions?

Hi all,

Okay here's my deal,

I have a Seagate Barracuda 250 GB Sata HDD that I have Windows Vista Ultimate 64 installed on.

I just got a used Seagate Barracuda 250 GB Sata HDD that I have installed on my system and want to use it for a secondary drive to back up info on.

My Bios is recognizing it but Windows is not. I assume because it is not formated correct?

How do I format it so I can use it as a back-up drive if Windows is not seeing it?

right click on my computer>manage>disk manager and then select the disk and then partition/format it as you like.
