.... because as you start to increase the OC (and therefore the voltage) much, the temps will go up accordingly. A better cooler will keep those temps down.

Willbushby, it's been said that Brisbane core may have a faulty temperature sensor. That might explain for the odd readings. As long as the cooler is mounted correctly with the right amount TIM and the airflow in your machine is decent then I would not worry. When you start increasing the voltage (vcore) then that is when you might want to think about purchasing a new cooler.
