question is there a guide to install the bios because im new to updating the bios. and when i get my video card ima start overclocking

Your going to need a floppy drive, and I don't think te P4VM800 is a overclocking motherboard?

Did you build this computer or buy it from a vendor?

Mainboards > BIOS Updates > NF78

3 Guides there, Floppy, CD, and Windows. I highly suggest either floppy or CD. Windows BIOS updating is more risky.
