Need Advice with Watercooling

I'm looking to build a mid-range intel server. I'm interested in running watercooling because I've always wanted to have a watercooled system. I realize I could go with air cooling for much cheaper, but I want this server to be SILENT.

Any recommendations for a complete watercooling kit for CPU, Chipset, Memory? No gpu cooler is needed.

I use a koolance exos 2 however most watercooling kits are not silent as mine has two 120 MM fans that cool the radiator. I always assumed it would be silent but its actually the opposite. I do belive their are passive water cooling kits on the market but from what I read most of them suck. right now I run about 27 c idle and 34-37 c under load.

dubbed no point in going for the watercool as of yet, as pete001 explained even watercoolers have fans to cool the radiators, so there not actually silent. You'd be better off going for a scythe andy samurai air cooler, shifts about 50CFM, its barely audible, best of all you can get for around $50.

I was looking at the ninja mini. I want to make a sleek looking server that runs cool and very quiet. My last computer was the complete opposite. It's a total noise hog haha. Any recommendations for a case? I have a chieftec dragon case that has been good for a while but I want to get something sleeker looking.
