Try setting the vcore to like 1.3250. Keep a eye on those temps tho.

try putting your vcore in auto and your timings at 5-5-5-15... then you can fine tune from there.... take the vcore in cpuz and work down till you hit your lowest stable spot.
then work on tightening up your timings

Test your RAM before Priming to make sure your Ram isn't the problem. If MemTest fails after 10-15 minutes you may need to loosen your RAM timings or increase voltage on those.
