Best Method for Backups

Thread Starter
I have a home server running Windows Server 2003 R2 Enterpirse Edition (I know it's overkill but I got it through work). I want to perform nightly backups of my computer and weekly backups of the other computers in my home. I'd prefer not to use NTBackup since it's all archives and you can't search for files without restoring each archive first. Any suggestions?

I just have a .bat scheduled to do an xcopy command. Works fine for me, but I doubt it'll fit your needs.
