I've played a couple of games with 8.3- COD4, Crysis 34fps dx9 High, TF2, Audiosurf. They all seem fine. COD4 max settings never drops below 70fps.

So normal gaming seems fine, hopefully it's just a driver problem with 3dmark. Which will make a nice change for ATI- crap 3dmark, great game performance
what res for crysis?

Not yet, I'll try it over the weekend though..... So many games, so little time

Hopefully AA works in GOW now without crippling crossfire.

I've only had a chance to run it at 1280 X 1024 so far, Patch 1.2 DX9 high - 34fps. with 2xAA it drops to 22fps but looks fantastic, until you try and actually play the game

I'll get a chance to run it on my HDTV at 1920 X 1080 over the weekend hopefully it doesn't kick me in the nuts and drop below 30fps.

Yea that's what res I run........what's up with that FPS at your lower res though? I haven't run it that low, but it should be higher than that i would think......

I remember it being higher but never kept the bench result, I went back to the 8.2's- before I re-download the 8.3 to give it one last try.

3dmark's back to normal- 16482

Here's the Crysis bench on the 8.2's with patch 1.2 1280x1024

crysis benchmark no AA avg fps 46

crysis benchmark 2xAA avg fps 31

...now I'm off to solve this 8.3 puzzle

Is that maxed or high settings? If very high....then those are good results!
