Just remove a stick of memory, and look underneath the heatspreader from the side.

Mine are single sided, yet they hit 1243MHz on 2.2V. Can't see why single sided ballistix get such a bad rep.

I have Ballistix8500 2x1GB single sided also



but it's cannot run @ 1000 4-4-4-12

Every time manufactures make a change people whine about it. Of course there are going to be issues with the first batches of single sided Ballistix, that doesn't mean they're junk as many are posting.
