I personally think Alienware have the worst cases on the market (next to the Asus Ventro)

My friend got an Area-51 (bought it before i could tell him not to) and the case it rediculously huge. It weighs as much as my tower, LCD, and speakers together and takes up half the table.

I will buy an XPS before alienware, i dont like my wallet getting raped thanks

I actually like their cases. I wonder where I could get a genuine one..not used refurb crap.

Anywho, they are overpriced. However contrary to most companies like Cyberpower, etc..they do a nice job of keeping the case clean inside and they properly install everything from my experience (my friend has one).

They really rape you on upgrades. Like RAM, hard drives, etc..waaaaay overboard price wise.

Sad thing is..half the people who buy them try and sell their old crappy Alienwares for way more then they are worth on Ebay, not realising that they aren't worth anymore then a whitebox PC used.
