I have and always will love them. I had the worst time ever with my 680i, and they RMA'd it without question like 6 times. Thank god this board is faring better thus far.......*kocks on wood*

Whenever Im buying something new, I always look to EVGA first. They have yet to let me down where other companies have.

Asus blows with their customer support and 5 Striker Extreme's later. Heck the 2nd one they sent me had the CMOS button completely ripped off the board.
the asus customer support on their website is bare bones, but i can usually find a solution on their forums

it's nice to have sections dedicated to your exact motherboard, everyone has the same problems and a search usually comes up with a good answer from one of their paid moderators

my only beef is that their bios updates are sketchy, i'll never try a beta bios again....i don't even know why they offer them

Yea, I got one board back retail with all the accessories etc..

That board had nothing wrong with it (user diagnostic error), however the one that had a toasted northbridge they sent me just a board in the box with no accessories.
