Hows this for a budget build?

CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 SLACR $199.99

MOBO: abit IP35-E $89.99 after MiR $59.99

PSU: CORSAIR HX620W $149.99 after MiR $124.99

RAM: Team Xtreem (2 X 1GB) PC2 6400 $89.99

GPU: EVGA GeForce 8800 GT $229.99 after MiR $199.99

HDD: Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 Perps. $79.99

CASE: GIGABYTE 3D Aurora 570 $169.99

I plan on purchasing the gpu, case, and hdd after I raise more funds later on. Does anybody know if these will o/c past DDR2 800 speeds? If they can, I'd rather go with the cheaper ones since they're D9GMH anyways.

Edit: k how about now?

Also if I dont plan on going SLi or Crossfire, should I get a cheaper PSU?

$1150.00.... not what most would call a budget build. I'd say you have a nice budget for your PC
+1 on better mobo, otherwise, nice build.

that motherboard is actually really good...someone on the forum overclocked a quad to 3.7 on it, and it hits 500fsb regularly...next time do your research

BTW that Q6600 from microcenter is in store pickup only i believe

If its pickup only, I can make the 30 min drive.

hey, instead of that case look at the centurion 534. i'm doing a budget build right now, and this case is $50 of awesomeness in a case.

Don't skimp on RAM if you plan to overclock them. Save some money on the case and get something around $50. Then you can buy a good sound card. Don't forget to find a CPU cooler.

What's wrong with these? They're the same manufacturer as Team Group and Tankguys told me they're D9GMH microns.
