Which is the better PSU?

Corsair 450W

OR

OCZ StealthXStream 600W

This looks pretty straightforward to me...the StealthXStream has 600W and 4 rails compared to the corsair which is only 450w and has a single rail. Does that mean I should get the stealthxstream for sure? They are roughly the same price.

thanks

If it helps at all, I want plan on using it to run:

3800+ x2 am2
x1950 pro
ASRock ALIVENF6P-VSTA mATX
1 ide and 1 sata drive

But since they are almost the same price, wouldn't the OCZ have lots of room for upgrading? Say I wanted to upgrade my graphics card or OC my CPU later on.

It would depend on which card you upgraded too,the new gen. cards use less watts then the last gen.
If you got a 3870 it draws 105 watts and your 1950 draws 75 so your ok with the Corsair but if you got one of the power hungry 8800 GTS's that draw 147 watts then I would go with the OCZ
The corsair has 33 amps on the 12v and the OCZ has 48.

As long as they have 12v rails it doesn't matter really how many rails you have. You want more than 30 amps and both PSUs are great. The OCZ will just power more stuff with the added wattage.

For your x1950pro set-up 450w should be fine.
