Water cooled Stacker 830

Thread Starter
I have the CM Stacker 830 (love beyond any case ever). I want to water cool my system but I don't want a gaudy looking water cooling system. I want something that will go along with the look of my Stacker and still do what it needs to do drop temps to as close to ambeint as possiable. I was looking at the Coolance EX-2 or something similar. Those are just the Rad and Pumps I think. What else do I need to go with that and is it a good system.

Read my system specs below.

I have a setup in my stacker 830. I'll grab some pics tonight of it torn down (b/c of the gpu not being there) to give you some ideas.

what else do I need. I don't want to go completely fan less I Plan to run fans on the gpu's and the front and rear fan in the case and of course the PSU fans and then if I need to I will run a couple in the side door. I just want as close to ambient as possiable and I would like to push this system on up past 3.0ghz its at 2.8ghz now on air and runs at most 45C underload.

That looks good Rowland! However, I'm not sure how your pump is setup and assuming the feed is correct where the res is supplying the pump, isn't your pump supposed to flow to the radiator first and then to cpu?

yea thats how most do but ive tried that way and the loop looked messy and my temps are better this way.

Think maybe since i have a good pump and ive found setup the way with less tubbing does the best.

Possibly, however I read somewhere that it's only a difference of 1 to 2c anyways even if the tubing isn't ran longer. so alls well.

You fliped everything over to the other side (another reason I love the stacker) and mounted the rad over the vent in the floor. That is a very good idea.
What temps are you running with this cooling system?
what is your OC specs?
Are you running two video cards?
Can you give me a list of parts that you used?
