P35-DS3L, easy overclocking almost too easy. I could push mine more but just went for the low hangin fruit, & am very happy. I got to 3.1 on stock vcore, a small bump in vcore & I'm at 3.2 stable now, mem set to stock voltage & no other voltages increased. I love this board.

I really liked my P5K-Deluxe better than this gigabyte board. Lots of people have been talking down on Asus lately but my P5K-Deluxe got my G0 up to 3.825GHz with less vcore and less effort then I have been putting into my current board. Mind you I haven't hit 3.825 on this one yet even for a post.

P5K's a nice board, for sure - I have an Asus board and love it - but the P35-DS3L is untouchable in value and ease of use.

The DS3L is a great, easy to OC baord. The P5K allows for more tweaking in the bios to get that little bit extra out of it. So if you want to OC with minimal bios tweaks (approx 16 total settings), go for the DS3L. If you want to squeaze as much as possible with a slightly more indepth bios, get the P5K. When it comes down to it, the P35 chipset will OC very well, and many manufacturers offer great choices.
