PSU good enough?

This is my Rig..
MB: ASUS M2R32-MVP
Processor: AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+ Windsor 3.0GHz
Ram: Kingston HyperX 4GB
Video: Diamond Viper 2900XT
HD: Western Digital 250GB and 320 GB
Power: OCZ GameXStream 700 Watts
Sound: Sound Blaster X-Fi XtremeGamer Fatal1ty Pro

My concern is my power supply being not good enough for my Video Card. Im unable to play games such as portal or half-life 2 without it freezing after about 20 min. I only have 2 6 pin PCIe connected to the card and I know it takes 6 pin and an 8 pin. My question is Should I purchase another PSU? Would that change anything at all?

That PSU is enough power for your system as long as it isn't broken
