You're OCing via OS-based software; definitely NOT recommended.

A.I. NOS is similar, in that you're allowing the system to make settings adjustments for you. While this is fine for introducing you to the concept of overclocking, this too is not recommended.

Consequences of such actions? You're already seeing highly-elevated VCore (CPU Voltage) adjustments, which likely are higher than what that CPU would require to run at that speed. At worst, you're risking an OS corruption because of settings not being set optimally.

You will need a new HSF too if you're getting 50 degrees load at stock speeds.
