If none are, then as Bitemarks said, your ISP has probably capped you (restricting your bandwidth).
i set it up with a WPA encryption as i was setting it up using the install wizard it asked me tor WEP or WPA and after i read that WPA was more secure i chose the WPA. also how could my isp cap me when for over a year i have been at or above 40000kb/s??

so i tried to update my firmware from 7.50.0 to 7.50.5 and after you download it then i went into the 192.168.1.1 thing and theres a update area that scans the computer for the update? well i hit update and it found the new update then it quit on me....then i lost all internet access. so i redid the thing back to 7.50.0 and re connected everything and did a test and BAM my fastest speedtest.net score ever!!! 47889kb/s!!! what the heck?? anyway i guess i wont be updating again for a while lol. is that the way your supposed to update them?

Just unplug your router for 2 minutes and plug it back. My router messes with me like that sometimes, unplugging and replugging always fixed it.

EDIT: lol, issue already resolved
