not a bad overclock so far. should be able to get higher though. post up a screen shot of cpuz on both cpu and memory tabs, and also whats your cpu voltage and temps?
hmmm what kind of cooling do you have? with good air cooling you might be able to hit 3.2 water cooling may be able to boost you up to 3.4 maybe even 3.5 if you're lucky

If your HT link is locked then that's what's limiting you. 1200 is about max for HT freq. unless you've got a real good mobo or are just really lucky. The only thing i can suggest is to find a decent board that will allow you to adjust the HT link and sell the one you're using now

olzi, you can try lowering your vcore a bit. 1.45 is too high for stock cooling. what are your temps when you're running stress test? anything over 55C is too high.

to the OP, you can do a search on the net to see if any of the newer BIOS' added the feature, but I've never heard of them adding something like this in an update. usually it's to fix a bug or add compatability to newer hardware. One thing you could try if you haven't already is to press CTRL-F1 at the main BIOS screen. this usually unlocks advanced features.
