2 questions about bioshock

Thread Starter
1. is 40 bucks cad a decent price for it? my buddy has it and he doesnt like it so he is willing to sell it tto me

2. is there any replay value? I know there isnt a multi player and I am not one of those gamers that likes to replay an entire game to "experience" every pixel and every polygon the game has to offer, so is there any replay value?

yeah you save $20. the game has about 4 different endings, it's the best on the computer though.

1. I dont think i would pay $40 for used. But id say the game is amazing. My buddy just got it today and hes been playing since 3pm. its now almost 10pm. The game is alot of fun, if you do decide to get it i dont think youll be disapointed.

2. There actually is two different endings. So there is some replay value, also a recent patch added some plasmids into the game.

Overall i would definitely pick the game up (either from your friend or a brand new version from a store), i cant see how people dont like that game.

WOW, 4 different endings? i thought 2? i think im gonna install it tonight and replay it

EDIT -

i just found a post from someone over at game spot discussing the endings. I don't think there are 4, a little confused now

There's a good ending and 2 bad ones.

Thing is, the two bad ones are exactly the same apart from the tone of the voice over.

So there are really 2 I guess.
...whatever forget that, good game go buy it!

1. Your "buddy" is not your "Buddy" if he is trying to sell you it used for 40 bucks.

2. For me there is. There are numerous and humorous ways to end the tragic existence of Splicers... hmm... how about SpringTrap on the floor + Proximity Mine (x3) for some "Splicer Pachinko"... Hahahahahahahahahahaaa.... erm... sorry.

I would pay $40 for it if it was scratch-free and came with the box and manual.
